Which pitcher could drink or eat more?

Featured Replies

I just thought about this with the recent news. Which White Sox pitcher do you think could down more beers? Or even throw down the most food? Your Choices are Bobby Jenks or Bartolo Colon. DISCUSS

Food: Colon Beers: Bobby.

I think what you meant to say was "Who's a bigger fat ass?"

Is this really necessary?

At least make it a poll and turn it into a semi-interesting thread.

Wasn't there a story a few years back about Colon treating the entire Angels team to White Castle? The details escape me, but that must have been one helluva feast!

Gas!

If we have an award in 2009 for worst thread idea, this had better win.

How about a Cubs/Sox "legends" cage match to add to this contest:

Rick Reuschel v. Wilbur Wood

Watch....this thread will wind up going on for several months with hundreds of posts.

Hey! Its cold outside and there is nothing to do, so why not think of stupid things to argue about.

...For The Loss!!!!

Da Big Man Bobby Jenks without a doubt could out drink Colon. In an eating competition, I do not know. Thus ends my insight to this thread.

Why hasn't Juan Uribe been included in the eating portion of this?

Thank you Markbillards, that just blew this thread wide open.

Jaime Navarro could swallow both whole.

I forgot one-time Sox player, David Wells

forget eating, Frank Thomas would just break all 3 in half, turn into the Hulk, and save Chicago from the cold of winter...until he breaks his ankle again of course.

I agree with Markbilliards, why hasn't Buffet Uribe been included on this discussion? I think he can compete both drinking & eating!!

I'm going Carlos Castillo.

Food = Shingo Takatsu

Beer = Mark Buehrle

Hard Liquor = Bobby Jenks

Didn't Bobby say he no longer drinks hard liquor since he set himself on fire after a Tequila binge?

If ex-players are in the mix I say:

Food - Wells

Beer - Karkovice. He drank himself sober.

Food: Bobby Jenks.. that man would DOMINATE a wings competition at BW3..

Beer: Okay, this might be a curveball... but Jim Thome.. Mr. Incredible.. and you KNOW Mr. Incredible was a beer man.

Hard Liquor: Carlos Quentin.. something about him screams hardcore teenage drinker, I don't know what.

Some different choices.. I'm glad this wasn't a poll.

Food- Bartolo: He looks like a guy who can eat a million Chipotle burritos

Beer- Bobby: If you're so drunk you set yourself on fire, you win.

Hard Liq- Alexei: Yes, a VERY odd choice but he looks like that guy at the bar who swindles you out of money when it comes to a drinking bet.
