June 15, 200916 yr Probably not thread worthy but it's an offday so I'll give it a try. If Wednesday's game is rained out, would it for sure be played Thurs night? Or because of travel needs would the game be more likely to be postponed? I guess it's a weird situation in that a makeup game would only necessitate the teams both be at home on a given day. June 15, 200916 yr More likely to be postponed. Wrigley has a rule on how many night games they're allowed to play.

June 15, 200916 yr They could always do one of those day games at Wrigley night games at the Cell type deals. NYY/NYM did it a few years back and ESPN covered it for 4 days non-stop
