July 22, 200322 yr Last year Hardin walked about one batter every two innings (similar to Cotts this year). This year he was about one every three. We get that improvement from Cotts and we'll have something. They are very different type of pitchers, however, with similar results.

July 22, 200322 yr Ya if he turns out to be as good as he is hyped up to be. Billy beane will lose nothing when one or two of his fantastic trio leaves. He is one of the smartest gms in baseball.
