    Ya I was going to say - Javy used that loophole for contracts signed before 2007 where if ur dealt - you can demand an extension or a trade. If you dont get it by like March 6th or something you can file for free agency.

     

    I think he is the only one ever to use it but they brought it up with Halladay.
