September 4, 200916 yr QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ Sep 3, 2009 -> 09:08 PM) Hudson wearing #54 Years to come, years to come.
September 4, 200916 yr Author Agree. That's a nice number for a pitcher too. Also happy to see Jhonny Nunez back. I like that guy.
September 4, 200916 yr Sounds like we might see Dan on the mound soon. White Sox may lighten load on rotation
September 4, 200916 yr Amazing what Daniel has done this season. Congratulations rook, love the number.
September 4, 200916 yr I'm actually more excited to see Nunez than Hudson. We need at least 2 dependable arms in the 'pen next year. I'd really, like most, prefer that we don't have to go out and overspend on a position that is so inconsistent from year to year.
September 4, 200916 yr Good to see we have a couple of guys who might be able to contribute down the stretch.

September 4, 200916 yr QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Sep 4, 2009 -> 04:25 AM) I'm actually more excited to see Nunez than Hudson. We need at least 2 dependable arms in the 'pen next year. I'd really, like most, prefer that we don't have to go out and overspend on a position that is so inconsistent from year to year. We have to get more help from the farm for the pen. Nunez could be a good start. Santeliz, Nathan Jones (probably not ready), loser of 5th starter battle (Torres?), could possibly help. Hoping for Santos Rodriguez by '11 if he can rocket through the system. Mainly, I think the bullpen acquisition needs to be a lefty, but those guys are typically overpaid.
