December 2, 200916 yr I've got a question and I bet a ton of other people do about certain things to get for the holidays. I want to get a nice tea sampler / nice teas for the wife. Anyone have any chicago reccomendations? Argo?
December 2, 200916 yr Forget Chicago. . . These guys are great friends of mine and run a fabulous tea shop with the best selection of loose tea you've ever seen in your life. The also have a lot of nice samplers and everything is now available for online shopping.

I love their Rooibos and White tea selections, and those work well hot or cold, but usually when I go in I ask Maria or Randy (both biologists turned tea snobs) to make me something I like. If you know the types of teas she likes, I'd just trust the descriptions on the website and take a chance.

December 4, 200916 yr SereneTEA (I think that's what it's called) in Wheaton has some really amazing teas.
