So, by adding a post to this thread acknowledging these guidelines, you are stating the following...

 

1. I will not insult other posters, directly or indirectly

2. I will not threaten anyone, even in jest

3. I will not bait people or push them over the line (a.k.a. pushing their buttons)

4. I will not post statements for the purpose of angering others

5. I will not prod posters repeatedly on a subject or chase them across topics to make a point

6. I will try to make posts that actually add to the discussion at hand

 

We keep a particularly wide berth here for posters, because politics gets heated and because, frankly, its more fun in here that way. But there's just been too much trolling, and too much baiting in here - and frankly, its damaging some of the actual discussion that we've had here. Remember, you agreed to these rules to post here - and if you can't follow them, you won't be allowed to post here.

And remember, you can't follow these rules, and you will be suspended. 3 strikes and your out. 3rd suspension will result in a suspension no shorter than 6 months.

 

And if we have to suspend everyone on this forum because no one can behave nicely, than thats what I'll do (That includes mods/admins/etc).
