March 25, 201115 yr Hey, I was browsing the White Sox Shop site and noticed they didn't have any authentic personalized road grey jerseys anywhwere in the "Personalized Jerseys" or "Authentic Jerseys" sections of the site. What gives? http://shop.mlb.com/family/index.jsp?categ...1452347.1452701 I was able to find some closeout grey jerseys, but you would think they would have the grey jerseys in the same section with the other two designs. Even though the road grey was my least favorite jersey, I'm glad I got my own authentic grey jersey with my name and number 48 on it a few years back.
April 1, 201115 yr Based solely on MLB 11: THE SHOW, I think they are changing the grey jerseys slightly this year. If the game is to be believed, they are replacing the diamond patch on the sleeve with a black S-O-X patch.

April 2, 201115 yr QUOTE (ChrisLikesBaseball @ Apr 1, 2011 -> 06:45 PM) Brooks Boyer actually says they'll be wearing the Gray jersey more: SoxMachine ARTICLE I thought I heard that the starting pitcher chooses the uniforms for that day. Maybe they changed that. Edited April 2, 201115 yr by Leonard Zelig
April 2, 201115 yr I'm a uniform snob...I'll admit that. I'm big on home whites and road greys. If I was the uniform czar, I'd limit alternate jerseys to road teams on Saturday's and home teams on Sunday's. Every other game would be home white/road grey (or whatever shade). And definitely for opening day and the postseason, they should always wear their main home or road uniform.
