The only real "change" was Lilli for Dunn. Castro was in for AJ, but Ozzie does a lot that against tough lefties, so I don't even count that. Other than that, it really was the starters.

You are kidding, right? The Sox were facing one of the toughest lefties in the AL, so Ozzie gave his lefty catcher a day off, as well as his lefty DH who has been in an awful slump since returning from surgery. The play 20 straight games without a day off, you aren't gonna have the regular lineup out there everyday.
