2020 US Census

Featured Replies

Thinking ahead to the next census, and factoring in privacy concerns and technology, I'm thinking the 2020 census will be a report that Facebook prints saving the US hundreds of millions of dollars.

Finally, a method of taking a census that can quantitatively exclude everyone who is poor, rather than just partially excluding them.

Now all we need is a good talking-to about how the poor shouldn't have cell phones/laptops/whatever we've decided they can't afford today.

Libraries have access. Kids have access through school. If you want people to stay poor, keep them off the internet, especially by 2020.

Awesome. But you know all this will be federally subsidized, right?

Oh wait, it already is.

Yeah, how dare the government pay for a census! That's totally unconstitutional!
