Lots of teams follow up with people pretty recently after the game they bought single-game seats for. Basically, this doesn't mean anything other than the Sox are trying to sell tickets, which shouldn't be a surprise.

August 24, 201114 yr This is funny because my girlfriend ordered us Bulls tickets this past winter in Milwaukee against the Bucks and now we get calls from the Bucks like once a month basically begging us to buy more tickets for the "upcoming season."
