My internet has been slow today and I've had troubles on and off for the last week or so. I heard this is a regional thing or something, has anybody had any problems?

We called and we're told there are problems with the node or something in our area.

Me too in Virginia... :o

What operating system to you run? A bunch of family members have Windows XP, which has been recently giving them major problems. My brother-in-law works for Microsoft and has told us that there are a few people who absolutely hate Microsoft, and have sent them some major virusses. This may have something to do with it.

New worm running around, but that's probably not the problem since it just shuts your computer down.

My DSL is chugging along fine in Valpo.

Edit: That worm can cause some major DDoS attacks, so that's most likely the problem.

My comcast was out almost all day yesterday.

That's what I heard was the problem and it's been knocking out servers and stuff. I don't know if it's fixed or not, but my comcast cable is back up and running.
