August 16, 200322 yr Great post. This is just what I was thinking as I logged into this site. Nice road trip, White Sox. What a joke. Coma ball is indeed back or maybe we're just destined to finish right at .500. If you wanna win a division you have to play like it and beat the horses*** Angels and Rangers or at the very very least split with them. This sucks.
August 16, 200322 yr I feel like this team is listless. Even when they went on the winning streak, I don't think any of the players knew why they were winning. Now they don't know why they are losing. They just seem to have no idea what type of baseball makes them good or bad. The same dumb mistakes over and over again. How about two nights in a row of Jose trying to go to 3rd on a play and getting thrown out twice. How about Miguel Olivo who seems to be getting worse at the plate (Maybe someone should tell him to SIT on fastballs only). This team has the raw talent but the mental capacity of me when I was 12 yrs. old playing baseball video games. Hell I watch the Little League World Series where they have all the managers mic'ed and I think they know more about baseball than Jerry Manuel and half our players.

I follow minor league hockey more than the NHL, but in the NHL I follow the Hurricanes (yes I know worst in the NHL last year, but they did make the finals the year before) and the Senators (they seem to be the Mariners of hockey - really good during the regular season, but not as great in the playoffs).
