There is no end date for a waiver deal. But if they are not on a team's roster as of 11:59pm August 31st, they cannot be on the post season roster.

That is how Krod got on last year. I thought there was no deadline. Now that I'm sure of that, I am wondering if the Sox will do anything in the next week or so. One thing I'm curious to know is what happens if they play this next week like the previous week. Would the Sox be willing to trade any of the guys they added. I'm guessing that the Sox won't sell. From the quotes made by KW during the deadline, they never once thought of themselves as sellers and I couldn't see them doing it now, but its always a possibility.
