Good post. You are right, those are the guys I want, so I guess I should just wait a year and shut up. I don't dislike Wise. I can't believe they took his picture off the wall catching the drive to save the perfect game. I don't mind him; I just bought into the fact a lot of people on this board want change in our team and I'd think we could find somebody to do Wise's job who isn't Wise. But I'll never bury the guy. I don't mind him, though he's another guy who could have actually done something the last 2 weeks of the season to stave off the choke. Remember, had we made the playoffs, we might have done some damage. Detroit didn't have much trouble getting to the WS.

I don't remember him having a picture up, I thought they just put up the words "The catch" at the spot it happened?

I believe when it was first unveiled there was an image of Wise leaping on the wall, and after they let Wise go, they changed it to just the two words.
