Ritchie wasn't actually THAT horrible with us, but he started to battle some nagging injuries.

 

And it was Wells, Fogg and Sean Lowe. 2 1/2 starters, and a big contract, for 1/2 a starter.

 

 

Sean Lowe was the pitcher who picked off "gracie" for the last out of a game. One of my all time favorite plays because:

 

1) secured the SOX win and

2) gracie b****ed about it being a balk for about 10 years after.

 

I hated seeing Lowe included in that trade.
