Tonight's victory

Featured Replies

Tonight's victory was splendid.

We need to savor this victory.

Crede was good; Colon was good; Tommy G was good.

Let's have a positive post. Tell me, who was good tonight???

Frank hit a bomb to CF. Everett had 2 hits that I can remember.

CLee made a sliding catch - several times this season - saved Everett who was out of position

U forgot about Big Frank. But yes, This was a very good victory tonight. These guys seem to have a ton of confidence at home. We've got to find someway to get Frank to swing the bat on the road as he does at home. I say play him at 1st and set somethin up where somebody can throw to him during gms. Crede has been red-hot. It was around this time last year that Crede went on that tear. He's starting to get the reputation of a Aug-Sept hitter. That's not a bad rep to have...

Who is Tommy G?

Who is Tommy G?

I'm guessing Tom Gordon....lol

Oh ok I just don't think of him that way. Especially confusing if you have a Tony G and a Tommy G. I'll just keep calling him Flash.

Who is Tommy G?

I had to think about that for a minute, too. :D

Don't forget a very good double play turned by Alomar ranging to his left, making a strong throw to Jose, and Jose with a rifle to first. This preceded back to back homers, so it was a key play in the game.

Robbie Alomar is an absolute STUD. THe best BASEBALL PLAYER on the sox. If we do not sign this guy, we are absolutely idiots......

I put Tommy G because I am superstitious and do not want to refer to

him by his nickname for fear I'll jinx him.

It's the five letter nickname that rhymes with splash that I will not use until

the next time he screws up.

Great posts tho. That was truly a team victory.

How could I forget Hurt's deep blast to cf.
