FIRE JEFF MANTO

Anybody think Thomas could be a good hitting coach?

In terms of knowledge, yes, but in terms of personality, who knows?

The laissez-faire/Paul Konerko clubhouse attitude hopefully will run its course pretty soon. Where's the fire? Where's the passion? Serious, too. Big Frank has fire, passion, will to win, skills, attitude, balls, talent, charisma, charm, etc. Let him come in & if his personaliuty doesn't fit the players then can the players, you probably won't miss them anyway.

The hitting coach does not matter. KC is hitting as horrible as ever four games into the George Brett era. That didn't fire up KC, so we should learn that firing Manto will have no effect as well.

We have hitters, like the Royals, who have no clue. They don't walk and they don't hit. Now that Paulie is too old to hit home runs, and we lost all that power from AJ, our lineup is pretty timid. Horrifically bland offensive team.

Kind of sad that DeAza is nothing special. I thought he might be way above average ballplayer.

Very sad that Flowers sucks.

If we were smart fans, we would stop following the team until Dunn is gone. We aren't winning anything of note with him on the roster. I don't care how good the pitching is.

--Fireable offense: Lexi has 10 RBIs all season. 200 at bats? Geez that is pathetic.
