Sleeper Prospects

Featured Replies

Who are some sleeper prospects both for the Sox and other teams to look for this coming year??

I am in a Dynasty league and we are in the middle of the 25 round MILB draft and I am running out of people with 13 rounds left!

This depends a lot on how you define "sleeper".

If you are in an MLB/MiLB-wide fantasy league with smallish rosters, virtually any prospect outside the top 5 in any given system is a "sleeper". Especially in a relatively thin Sox system, anyone beyond 5-ish is probably off the radar for anyone in your league.

But this does give me another thread idea...

Outside of a few pitches, I wouldn't touch anyone from the Sox system. I would look at guys like Beck and Snodgress to the future though.

This is a 20 team league with 25 milb rounds so there will be 500 guys picked. I know there are a few pitchers in the Sox organization curious who exactly those are.

We are in the 13th round and players taken have been:

Marcus Semien

Micah Johnson

Erik Johnson

Tim Anderson

Courtney Hawkins

Keon Barnum
