This should be a really interesting month of September. Minny is the ONLY team that I am thinking about right now. KC's rag-tag starting rotation will not get it done when it matters, and we get to finish them off the last 2 weeks of the season. But vs Minny, we have to depend alot on other teams beating them. I'd rather see them lose every night than KC.
August 28, 200322 yr Author Just to add on, it's really going to be cool watching Seattle and Oakland slug it out in the west & the loser needs to beat Boston to even make the playoffs. Like always, Oakland is making their move at just the right time of the season. They have won 5 in a row to take 1st away from Seattle.

August 28, 200322 yr Yeah even though the Twins r our biggest danger, does anyone get the feeling that the Royals aren't going to go away so easily? Their hitting is carrying that team and well stranger things have happened in baseball. U never know. But yeah the Sox have played well in August. I think Frank has been the key as he's hit sumthin like 14 or 15 homers this month and he must be considered for MVP if the Sox win the division. He's been a big part of that.

Oh well, I thought I heard that on ESPN on Baseball Tonight or Sportscenter. But's he been great this month, and I still think Maggs can pick it up a little as well. He's been good, but I still think he can go to the next level and really be the catalyst towards the postseason.
