whitesoxfan99 Posted August 30, 2003 Share Posted August 30, 2003 The Sox don't show up when they play bad teams. They don't hit and a lot of times they don't pitch or field the ball well either. This can be attributed to overlooking the "bad" teams while focusing on the better teams like the Yankees, Royals, etc. This has never made sense to me because you would think in a professional league there would be no teams that you take lightly but in the Sox case this seems to be the problem.
