Who would we be facing in the playoffs?

Seattle, New York, White Sox, Boston...

My guess is Boston so,

Who do you think will we be paired with in the playoffs?

If I understand the formula, but I probably don't, the wild card team can not play a team from its' own division in the 1st round, so giving the Yankees the East, that means between the M's, A,s, and BoSox will come the wildcard. I believe the team with the best record plays the wildcard so we will get the other division winner.

 

Oakland is making another great end of the season charge and I believe they will win the West and have the best AL record. The M's will beat the Red Sox for the wildcard setting up a Sox-A's, Mariner's Yankees 1st round.

If the sox make the playoffs they'll most likely play the yankees, and there is no way that they would play the redsox.

I actually like our chances against the Yanks in a 5 gm series then I do a 7 gm one. All we would have to do is what the Angels did last year. Steal a gm in NY and bring it back to the windy city where we have been amazing. And of course we can throw 3 #1 starters back2back2back at them in Colon, Buehrle, Loaiza...

Ummm the odds are just as good for us to be playing the AL west winner.

1ST of all wsc, we need to get into the playoffs before we worrying about who were playin......PERSONLELEY I think we can beat anyone but Id like to play the Yankmees that way I could see a game or 2 and can piss off my friends who are Yankmee fans...THE easiest opponent in my opinion is Oakland cause they choke almost like some NFL team I like lol....BUT that wont happen this yr (reguarding to the Dolphins)
