Pineiro threw 129 and even Meche, who is back after surgery, went 115. Let it fly JM............... I could see Pineiro throwing with no worry of a pitch count. But, I would worry about Meche throwing too many pitches. I think he missed like two seasons, and I wouldn't extend him too far. That's a different situation than the Sox too. We really don't have anyone who is coming off a major surgury and hasn't pitched this much is a few years. Gordon is only one with major surgury, I believe, and he's been back for 3 years now, so I'm not overly worried about him.

September 14, 200322 yr Yeah but the point is, id let MB BC ELO AND JG fly, and Jerry has of late. Oh I agree 100%. We don't have any reason for them to not let it fly. MB and JG are young guys and BC has always been a workhorse, as he's showing now. Let them pitch and help our bullpen out.

September 14, 200322 yr E-lo has looked a little shaky lately and I think I heard him say something about it. Everyone else looks great right now.
