If the consensus is that Carlos Sanchez is the 2B for next season, does Fernandez have the ability to play defensively elsewhere?

 

His scouting report from last year said no, could handle third but not a good enough arm to play there. Not enough range or a good enough arm for the OF. And since he has been out of baseball for a year I imagine he hasn't gotten any better.
