CF Who?

the picking are slim to none and i don't think orlando will be much help here.

I'm telling ya all. Orlando Palmerio would be a great pick up. Even Shinjo would be solid, but if we got Palmerio everyone will like him.

The guy can hit, plays hard, solid defensively, and doesn't strike out. Basically this guy is a perfect #2 hitter for the Sox if Rowand struggles. He's also a perfect 4th outfielder who can play any position.

Scouting Report

Hitting, Baserunning & Defense

Palmeiro is a slap hitter, often to the opposite field, but he has just enough power to keep opposing defenses honest, turning on the occasional pitch and muscling up to hit a sacrifice fly when necessary. He is not afraid to take pitches and hit with two strikes, and he is a good bunter. Palmeiro is adequate at all three outfield positions, with an acceptable arm. He does not utilize his speed with good jumps or superb instincts, so the Angels do not maximize their usage of him as a pinch-runner.

im more worried at pitching who....or catching who besides olivo.......cf can wait a bit... rowand can handle things for a while and im sure we can get borchard out there as well... pitching and catching is what needs tending to right now........

Just keep the seat warm for my boy, Anthony Webster!

I'm looking forward to seeing how he does next season.
