Could Derrick Mason be a Bear???

I'm just reading some ESPN Messageboards and I really like the credibilaty of posters over there, but I'm just wondering if you've heard anything about that. If that's true, I wouldn't think the Bears would draft a WR then, but I don't know.

I doubt it.

I don't see them throwing out another big money deal.

I would be shocked honestly. I think they are looking for a 2nd QB and stealing a cheaper WR somewhere else. Unless they are looking to release some guys that we aren't expecting to free up some money.

I don't follow the Bears for footbal and I was surprised to see it also. I think the Jaguars and the Ravens are probably the leading contenders for him.............2 of Tennessee's archrivals.

He should be a Raven by week one.

I highly doubt the Bears are interested in another top-notch WR via free agency. They have other issues to address first via free agency, namely backup QB and OL, and may pick a veteran wide out off the scrap heap.

i heard the jags were going after him as their big target but any WR really is on the ravens list
