  1. Jereme Richmond almost had a quadruple double vs. Whitney Young tonight. Domination.
  2. QUOTE (MHizzle85 @ Feb 19, 2010 -> 11:55 AM) It wasn't really a choice for Nigel. Once the WWE ran a physical on him, they saw how banged up he's been over the years & they didn't want the risk. That's right. I forgot about that. What the hell is this Samoa Joe angle? I'm not a huge fan of his, but they showed him leaving the arena and a white van pulls up and these guys in hoods jump out and kidnap him. How dumb. I actually do like the Angle/Anderson stuff.
  3. QUOTE (jasonxctf @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 07:27 PM) Reagan- Started at 7.4%. Peaks at 10.8% 23 months later. Rate starts its continual decline 24 months after inaug. I love this because I know a guy who thinks Reagen was the greatest President ever and rips Obama for the unemployment rate right now. He is one of the Republicans that other Republicans would be ashamed to be associated with.
  4. I'm sure Nigel McGuiness is regretting his decision to choose TNA over WWE. He has been reduced to being Bischoff's lackey after a nice little feud with Kurt ANgle. Unfortunately, so has Homicide who I am a fan of.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Feb 18, 2010 -> 10:09 PM) Guess I wasn't alone watching the LA INK marathon today.
  6. One year, I was the 5th hitter, behind our slugger and best player. In our championship year, it was bottom of the 6th and we were down 1 with two outs and runners on 2nd and 3rd and I was on deck. The other coach walked the guy in front of me intentionally and I ended up hitting one off the fence to win the game and the title. I got ice cream that day as a reward.

QUOTE (3E8 @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 10:35 PM) Yeah, but, come on. That's like shooting someone and saying well I didn't make the bullets Wha?

QUOTE (3E8 @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 10:25 PM) He distracted Sayid when she was in the intersection then she got nailed by the car Right. He wasn't driving the car.

QUOTE (3E8 @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 10:01 PM) Does anyone else feel like Jacob may actually be evil and the guy using Locke is good? It seems like Jacob has used everyone for something and now they live in suffering. The only good thing Jacob did was bring Locke back to life after he fell, but even that is questionable because I'm sure Locke would've rather been dead than go back to his horrible life made worse by having no leg use. Jacob also killed Sayid's gf Well, Smokey has killed a lot more people than Jacob. Not sure how Jacob killed Nadia.

QUOTE (The Critic @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 08:31 PM) He's been desperate for a mainstream hit and his movies get progressively worse as a result. I think Smith a terrific writer, but as a director, he is below average. Always has been.
  11. QUOTE (Real @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 08:10 PM) I still think there's somehow a 3rd team floating around that we aren't hearing about Based on what?
  12. Salmons to Milwaukee for Kurt Thomas and Francisco Elson
  13. QUOTE (The Critic @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 06:10 PM) Could be. Just seems like brushing the ice would make it slower. I certainly don't claim to be a curling expert. I just stopped on it the other night because the Japanese team was cute. I was thinking the same thing about the British girl. She is why I stopped in on it.

Coincidence this is happening the week his new movie comes out...which looks like complete crap anyway.
  15. Good thing Turner never touched the ball in the last ten seconds. What a block by Kramer though.
  16. Can I go delete my post that I said OSU was better than Purdue?

QUOTE (iamshack @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 05:21 PM) Watched Paranormal Activity last night. Pretty scary and pretty solid for a movie that cost about $15k to make. Netflix still hates me.
  18. Next time I come back, I wanna see this thread re-named "White Sox sign Johnny Damon"! 24 hours I didn't care, now I want to see it happen.
  19. Just watched the first episode of "How to Make it in America" On Demand. Not bad. It's got my interest.
  20. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 02:18 PM) They were the source material for the sleeper hit "Three Men and a Baby". "Its got, uh, Ted Danson, Magnum PI, and that Jewish Actor."
  21. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Feb 17, 2010 -> 01:56 PM) Shamrock Shake time at MCD's +100000000000000
  22. So what do those brooms do in curling?
  23. If we get this done, you can all thank me for saying we there was a 0% chance of it happening. Ha
