Why would you get ripped for that? He's a FA; I hate to admit it, but I'm really starting to think 2003 will be all he ever has. Loiaiza can't be as effective with the loss in his velocity. With that being said, I hope E-Lo can regain his stature as a quality pitcher in the remainder of the 2nd half of the season starting today.
