Not on the radio but I check Yahoo and its 2nd inning and the Sox are up 2 - 0 but I don't know any other details. I am surprised they are not playing this on the radio.

I think if the Sox could sign Urbina that would make our bullpen one of the best around. The Sox would be very solid in the pen.

Well there are breaking miracles happening daily in the medical and scientific research so one never knows. I doubt Reinsdorf would fork up the money for it though. LOL

Uribe was hitting the hell out of the ball but was playing 2b horribly. Willie doesn't hit well but can play the field decent. Which one do we need more? I think solid defense would be best. Hopefully Willie can step up his game even more though. Offensively as well as defensively.

Willie seems like a decent fielder but he really needs to step it up at the plate. I am more confident in Willie as a second baseman than I am of him as a hitter.

As I would hate to lose Maggs but if the Sox could get some much needed pitching help. I would be all for it. I would feel much more comfortable with Perez and Jackson in our starting staff and Shoney and Wright in the pen.

I agree it was totally a cowardly act and Bertuzzi should face charges. Just don't know if he will or not. I watched the video and its tough to tell when he would have broken his neck, wether it was from Bertuzzi or the 3 or 4 others jumping on top of Bertuzzi and Moore. I hope Bertuzzi is banished from hockey but we will see.

The DA in BC said it might be tough to press charges in this case due to the fact that Bertuzzi didn't hit Moore with his stick, like McSorely did. The stick is considered to be a lethal weapon. So who knows Bertuzzi may get off with just a suspension. If so the NHL needs to step up and hammer him with a huge fine and a very long suspension. McSorely got a 1 year suspension.

If Reed continues to impress, do you think the Sox will be more inclined to trade Maggs away due to Reed being good??
