I have a quick question about getting in the lower bowl with upper deck tickets. First of all is it possible? i have not had upper deck tickets since the restrictions have been put into place and since upper deck tickets are the only thing available for a lot of games now i want to know the limitations of my upper deck tickets. do they ever open it up to everyone? is it possible to sneak in? any suggestions what to do in the upper deck for two hours before game time?
