The bottomline is that Garland sucks. He has no dominant pitches, hence, the difficulty he has in putting away hitters with 2 strikes. He is a career 5th starter, maybe a 4 but that is pushing it. He has been around for 3+ years now and has shown very little improvement. In summary, I would trade Garland in a heartbeat.
