  1. Even Hawk seems pissed at the decision
  2. Way to go Robin...not. That's an inexcusable mistake by Ventura.
  3. Wow, seems like the better plan was to walk Perez to face the hitless on the season Moustakas.
  4. Quick release, perfect throw!
  5. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 08:47 PM) 2 of the 4 balls to Billy Butler were clear strikes on GameDay. First curve was right down the plate
  6. Chen with a much bigger zone than Downs, it appears
  7. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 08:42 PM) What did Alexei do? I just know he got out. Deep lineout that Aoki made a nice catch on.
  8. Nice job of hitting a ball in the air by PK. De Aza with a poor AB.
  9. Nice job by Danks today
  10. Not a single hard hit ball with RISP today. Something that's noticeable about this lineup is that there are only 5 guys in it that are threats to hit double-digit homers.
  11. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 07:48 PM) He is in 2014. I respectfully say, who cares who's ready or not this year?
  12. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 07:45 PM) What are you talking about? He may not be ready for major league baseball but he does profile well for the #2 spot and he's not a bench player. Yep, if he's not MLB caliber, then neither is almost every other young guy the Sox are counting on.
  13. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 07:43 PM) This is so insanely stupid. He projects quite well as the 2nd baseman of the future for the Sox.
  14. Here comes another likely run after the Sox score. Aoki and Infante are going to be Sox pests the next few years.
  15. Abreu with a horrible approach against Chen. All of the righties are going up there trying to pull the ball.
  16. Good AB by Nieto there. No way should that have been an error.
  17. Nice ob of limiting the damage. He used his fastball more at the end there.
  18. QUOTE (greg775 @ Apr 5, 2014 -> 08:23 PM) Good thing Gillaspie scooped that throw or it was Keystone Kops time. Is Eaton's arm worse than Johnny Damon or was that an anomaly? Don't know much about him. Eaton has a very strong arm that is very inconsistent.
  19. Seems like he's throwing change-ups 90% of the time. Second time through the order, and KC is no longer fooled.
  20. Nice play by Conor...but Abreu's defense has been just abysmal so far.
  21. Danks gonna have to be able to show these guys he can hit 90 mph with his fastball to keep them honest on his change-up.
  22. Seems like the Sox pitchers have given up a ton of hits this season when they've had 2 strikes on the batter. This defense continues to be amazingly bad.
  23. Danks getting some bad swings on that change-up
