QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:42 PM) You know, I really don't like to blame managers and coaches right away when things are going wrong. The players are out executing, they should be held accountable. However, when almost EVERYONE in the lineup has the same approach, I have a real problem. It's not the coach's fault. It's some sort of odd infectious disease that's sweeping the clubhouse. Hawk said so himself.

Vintage Pierz right there. He really needs to get back to shooting the ball through the SS/3B gap.

QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:36 PM) Was Kenny Lofton just dancing in CF to JD entrance song? He was and it was HILARIOUS.

Woah, a pop out. Never seen that before.

This s*** really sucks for Thome, the only time anyone is ever on base in front of him it's Erstad at 1B after a weak fielder's choice to the second baseman. He's not getting any RBI opportunities, just as we thought would happen.

QUOTE(SleepyWhiteSox @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:29 PM) It's cold. It's 40 degrees. They need to get over it.

Perhaps the offense will come to life the 3rd time around? Robinson can be Javy junior.

Just what you want out of your leadoff guy, 2-1 count and a weak groundout. I love this team. QUOTE(SoxGovernment @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:25 PM) Instead of soxtalk this place should be called B.i.t.c.h. B.i.t.c.h. Moan Moan You could always go elsewhere? Try that.

QUOTE(caulfield12 @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:23 PM) Has Cintron ever walked? Like 3 times but I think 1 or 2 of them were intentional. People actually want him to start over Juan? What exactly does he do better than him?

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:19 PM) He made a good pitch. No, it wasn't. That ball tailed right over the plate, incredibly hittable.

QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:16 PM) At least Gooch got the lucky call that could have gone either way... He got him, his leg was touching the bag and I don't think the runner ever even made it there. f***! Is that game?

Joe Crede is currently terrible at every facet of the game.

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:11 PM) Holy f***, Tivo confirms that girl took that ball off the top of the f***ing head. The ball riocheted off the step and right off her face hard.

QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:05 PM) Nice uppercut Jermaine. It amazes me that people don't get the point about Thome in the 9th inning some of us have made. The ninth inning argument is cool because it's true but any sort of un-clutch bulls*** is just that, bulls***.

QUOTE(Vance Law @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 08:03 PM) Nice, Thome, creating the only run in the game. I just wish he would hit them later in the game when they are worth more points.

QUOTE(Jimbo @ Apr 17, 2007 -> 07:56 PM) Tejada is actually a good pitcher, may have best stuff on that staff. And NO control yet every damn hitter in the lineup is swinging early in the count. It's a f***ing joke.

I love games on WCIU, I have no interest in seeing the first pitch or two of each inning anyway.
