  1. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 10:10 PM) If he is playing any extended time Bears are not winning much. If he finished the season as the full-timer, we'd make the playoffs -- probably not win the division
  2. QUOTE (Soxfest @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 10:08 PM) Campbell not worth 3.5 mil...................not even half that. Not sure what you expect from the guy, he's made some plays, not made some others, and hasn't given the ball away. It's a sloppy day against a good defense. He'd still be on the field right now if it weren't for a holding call. He's fine and I'm thrilled to have him as our security blanket
  3. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 10:01 PM) Apologist. Dude destroys s***ty teams, sucks against contenders. Look at the stats. And it sucks because the D is so good I really wasn't that upset about Cutler's play today. He had a couple bad throws that could have turned the game around but his receivers blew a couple plays that would have turned the game around and made everyone think Cutler played great. Played real gutsy towards the end of the half, but it cost him
  4. QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 09:59 PM) Bears can't buy a PI tonight Not a single on called. I think the refs are letting them play because of the footing
  5. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 09:58 PM) Marshall drops a TD, he throws one bad pic (the other was a nice play after he was concussed) and the wideouts fumbled twice. Hester was PI'd with once on a deep play and then Hester had a shot to make a play on another. shh, everything is Cutler's fault
  6. Is it nitpicking to complain about the amount of balls that hit Marshall's hands and don't get caught? I know he's not exactly Marty Booker, but still. Maybe it's just because of how often he's targeted/his ability to get near the ball
  7. Bush is the right kind of runner to be in the game right now. Just hold on to the ball, I don't expect that to be a problem
  8. Brandon Marshall is damn impressive after the catch
  9. Defense has been very bendy not breaky tonight
  10. We shouldn't have waited for the weather to turn to s*** to start passing
  11. Well, better than nothing Some signs of life!
  12. QUOTE (Jake @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 09:37 PM) Gonna have to throw the ball around boys challenge accepted
  13. I don't know if Caleb Hanie ever played a quarter as unexciting as this one has been. Campbell hasn't done anything too flashy, but that isn't always the worst thing
  14. Throwing short routes to not open receivers on 3rd and long is getting old
  15. As has been said on this board before... Kyle Orton Society, you have your champion
  16. Thank your lucky stars that we signed a real backup
  17. QUOTE (RZZZA @ Nov 11, 2012 -> 09:01 PM) Jay has been getting time to throw, but he's making bad throws and the receivers are dropping the ball when he makes catchable ones. Yeah, I'm not ready to panic just yet. Nobody has stepped up yet but we're not out of it. I'm trying to give these guys the benefit of the doubt that the weather is going to be an issue. Schaub has been very inaccurate as well and his receivers haven't looked great either, save Johnson
  18. Well, beat them by a touchdown + 1 in the second half.
  19. Bad time for a pick for sure, but that was a really clever coverage.
  20. Put the team on your back Jay! Doesn't exactly negate the forward pass issue, but it certainly lessens the sting
