Would that mean that he could be the only other pickup?(assuming no more moves) There's not really much space on the roster. Frank pending...

Have the Sox given up on Schoe as a starter?

What about scho?

average game score
whats average game score?
-
I think average game score is a fine way to measure what everyone calls "stuff". Clement's AGS was 55.4, Perez's was 55.1. For perspective, RJ's was 64.8, Eric Milton's was 49.7.
What's AGS?

If ya can't beat em......

Really? I think he is, he once had potential to be a 30-30 may before injuries. He still has good speed, can steal you 15 and is all out every play.
I just know that in STL, he missed a lot of games, and people thought that he took himself out of the line up when he could have been playing.

I'll say this -- wanted to comment about Phil Rogers' Paul Konerko comment.
If Paully is willing to stay here for less than six million, then I re-up with him. If not, then there's no need to lock him to a multi-year deal that (if Kenny is dumb enough) might get him upwards of nine million a year. Maybe I'm wrong on those estimations, but I really don't think Konerko is worth anything above seven million.
I believe you can find a guy to give you power from first base for under four million, and you have Ross Gload, who's hit everywhere he's been.
Who knows, maybe Kenny will make me happy, trade Konerko and get a starting pitcher for Paully, and then sign a power bat (Ideally, JD Drew -- stick him at first, and I'll bow down to Kenny at Soxfest)...
Drew isn't exactly one of those "grinder" type players we are supposedly going to be going for.

I say give him whatever his SB's are this season.

What about Polanco?
-
Burnett has pitched only 140 innings over the last 2 seasons. Anyone know his health status?
I don't think I would like that trade.
-
No, it is doubtful that we could sign a starting pitcher and a polanco. Why do you think polanco is not good, i am curious.
I admit, his numbers are better than I thought since he left STL, but I didn't even say he was bad, just that I didn't want him under these circumstances.
-
You must not be watching the games very well.
Well, could we still sign a SP? I mean that is way more important that PP.
-
I'm dumbfounded on that Question about the green ink..
I live in St. Louis, I've seen plenty of him.
-
Placido Polanco would look very nice battign second in that lineup.
Was this supposed to be in green ink?
-
How much later can we expect that player to be named? Is there any kind of time limit?

I want the girl on the left bad.

What Jones are you reffering to?

What would be the terms of the three way deal with AZ/NY?

I know he could fit, but when Frank comes back somebody goes. My point was, would he be our only addition? Would he be ok with that role?
Of course none of this matters until we see if there are more moves.
