  1. QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jun 20, 2006 -> 11:20 PM) First of all, I gotta thank That Funky Motion for his tickets. This game was f***ing amazing. THANK YOU! Second, the game. The offensive onslaught was awesome/hilarious. Everyone contributed. It's hard to even talk about one thing, it was just that great. Ponson is a fat piece of s***, and I'm glad Riske solidified his spot on this team by hitting Duncan. Another note, is Duncan related to their pitching coach? If so, that makes it even sweeter. We finally did some retaliating, and an extra little "f*** you" could have been that it was one of their coaches relatives. Also, Montero = bucket of s***. Yes they're related father son I believe and the other Duncan is in a Yankee uniform too i think? Either way I'm glad Riske manned up and did his job tonight...way to solidify your role on this team kid
  2. QUOTE(SoxAce @ Jun 19, 2006 -> 12:34 AM) They are a pretty good team, but I know everyone in their right minds know they are a completely different team when Pujols is in the line-up. That man is a beast. Completely changes a team's strategy or a game.. period. No doubt I totally agree but I was just trying to explain this St Louis team even wihtout Pujols is still no pushover QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Jun 19, 2006 -> 12:26 AM) Take a look at the current Cardinals everday lineup, the pitching matchups, the way we are playing, and the scene of the games.....and if you come to any conclusion other than we should win at least 2 of 3, I'd be shocked. The Cards are good and we better be ready to play, but I was more worried about playing in Cincy than I am about facing the current Cardinals club at our place. We'll see, this series should be a good one thats for damn sure...either way a possible October preview?? Let's hope
  3. QUOTE(whitesoxfan101 @ Jun 18, 2006 -> 06:50 PM) No Pujols and no Carpenter=No problem. Be careful with Rolen and with the way we're playing, it's at least 2 of 3. At least 2 out of 3?? Wow....little overconfident here are we chief? This Cardinal team is a very good ballclub with or without Albert, this series will be no pushover at all and I'd be thrilled with taking 2-3 from the Cards..IMO a sweep is very unlikely but then again your entitled to your own opinion
  4. This is horses*** and bushleague of a thing to do on Ozzies part..You don't throw a young guy in there asking him to plunk a batter because your starting pitcher cant grow enough f***in balls to retaliate then b**** at your young reliever for TRYING to do his job...I'm not some pussy or anything but man I REALLY felt for Sean today seeing him over there in the dugout in near tears really made me feel for the guy
  5. I was in attendance tonight in Ameriquest and my what a time it was...arrived when the gates opened at at about 5:00 caught a couple BP balls, scored a few autographs and got to see a White Sox winner, not too shabby of a time other than the asshole Tigers fan who shows up in his Detoiet s*** trying to harrass my mom because she was reppin sox gear(too bad I hadn't gone up there with her to the concession while the asshole was talkin noise I wouldve loved to put that dickhead in his place) but besides that helluva win for our sox!!!
  6. I'll be there tonight giving it to these redneck Rangers fans and hoping for a sox winner....any other lonestar state residents attending tonights game??
  7. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jun 12, 2006 -> 01:28 AM) Good thread. LMAO I dont know why that made me laugh so much, but seriously what a waste of 10 seconds of everybodys time....
  8. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 03:59 PM) Gotta love the psuedo-DJ jinx magic going on in the 11th... "Wickman working with 24 straigight saves dating back to last year..." "Batteras are 0-16 with runners on base this year against Wickman..." LMAO!!! Im tellin you man...baseball has a mysterious way on jinxing things LOL when I hear s*** like that from DJ etc..braggin on our guys I always knock on wood HA
  9. Flashes of 2005 boys!!! SOX WIN SOX WIN!!!!!!!!!!
  10. QUOTE(Greg Hibbard @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 03:47 PM) you know what's more frustrating? that a lot of the fans on this board in particular have paper-thin faith and are instantly insanely negative at the first SIGN of a loss. Were all die hards here we ride the good and turn on the bad...we all bleed black and white here dont take it personal bud
  11. Please come back boys this game is killing me
  12. QUOTE(Greg Hibbard @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 03:44 PM) you're right guys, I must be the worst fan in the history of white sox baseball for that comment Were all just pissed, frustrated etc...dont take it personal this games just irritating as f***

  19. Helluva an AB...pick em up now Pablo
  20. That'll work...please lord BA do something useful with the lumber and get this run in
  21. QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 02:09 PM) Yep...we can all agree that the position is the biggest hole on the Sox roster since the #5 starter debacle of a few years ago. July 31st can't get here any quicker...I truly believe well will have someone else patrolling CF not named Anderson or Mackowiak or else I hope
  22. QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 02:06 PM) Has anyone noticed the angle of his bat, even when he fouls pitches off. The bat seems like it's going straight to the right. It doesn't help much either that he swings like a fvckin mad man up there...BA needs to slow everything down and start puttin the bat on the fvckin ball
  23. QUOTE(fathom @ Jun 10, 2006 -> 02:04 PM) In the 8th inning, we'll have the top of our order up. LOL might as well skip our half of the 7th huh
