  1. QUOTE (zenryan @ Jul 1, 2014 -> 03:53 PM) do you risk bringing in Jozy after having to burn 1 sub already 25 minutes in? I dont think its worth it right now. I didn't mean right away but you have to use him.
  2. Beckerman and Altidore in the second please.
  3. QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Jul 1, 2014 -> 03:42 PM) 1 year, 2 mil Wow what a great deal.
  4. Wow. And then they miss the equalizer off the post.
  5. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jul 1, 2014 -> 01:17 PM) I like it. As long as we aren't being influenced by the overspending wave.
  6. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 1, 2014 -> 11:43 AM) f***. Hope that works out as well as the Ryan Miller trade did. 7 mil x 4.
  7. QUOTE (soxfan49 @ Jun 30, 2014 -> 08:03 PM) I wonder what Ottawa wants for Spezza? He is a pretty good player if he can stay healthy, and in the games he misses, you could move up Shaw or Teuvo to play with Kane and Saad. Traded to Dallas.
  8. Brady Hoke just got so hungry reading that article.
  9. QUOTE (iamshack @ Jun 30, 2014 -> 10:15 AM) So after years of basically hitting lob shots around the green, I've begun practicing bump and run shots with my gap wedge. Talk about a difference! First of all, the degree of difficulty is less to begin with, so the number of terrible shots I hit is greatly reduced, almost practically eliminated (versus the lob shots, which I might skull 1-2 out of 10). Secondly, the number of shots hit within 3 feet of the hole have been dramatically increased. I don't know why I resisted this shot for so long. I always figured the best play was to take as much of the green's undulations out of play as possible, by carrying the ball to the hole as far as possible. But it's just such a more difficult shot to execute...I was throwing away shots left and right and maybe benefiting from that one great lob shot per round. What a waste... I like to practice this quite a bit on your chipping green area. Move the ball from your front foot all the way to the back hitting maybe 20 shots per position and see how the ball behaves. I do this with my 60, 56, and 54 degree wedge from varying lengths. Really helps your game.
  10. QUOTE (zenryan @ Jun 29, 2014 -> 06:00 PM) CR was dead out there and Greece still couldnt do anything for 30 minutes. I dont see how Costa Rica will be able to survive the Dutch. CR isnt going to have much left. Greece doesn't know how to do anything. They play defense for the draw and hope for a possible counter. They aren't built to attack.
  11. Nothing like watching El Tri bomb out. Awesome.
  12. QUOTE (soxfan49 @ Jun 27, 2014 -> 07:34 PM) Trading Crawford wouldn't be too bright. It would be a godsend.
  13. He will be back this season, if if he plays only a few weeks. Guy is an animal.
  14. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jun 27, 2014 -> 02:19 PM) Something's definitely happening tonight. Salary is going to be moved. Anyone want Bickell, please? Draft is always more interesting for the trades than it is the for the draft selections. You knew Kesler to Anaheim was happening. Oduya Crawford Bickell Rozy Seabs Anyone
  15. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jun 27, 2014 -> 01:00 PM) The Committed Indian ‏@RealFansProgram 10m A $68 million cap would have the Hawks already over it. Think more than Oduya moves tonight. Crawford moving would make it all better.
