So anyone familiar with the mid-year financial agreement they've put in place this year? Essentially recruits in football can sign this agreement and the school is bound to them roughly 6 months before signing day. However, the kid can continue to look around and can decommit. We've had 4 players already sign it this month. On the surface it seems to really be an advantage to the kid, HOWEVER it comes with one stipulation. Once a kid signs this agreement, the coach of that school can have unlimited access to communicate with the kid.
