  1. I've actually forgotten a lot about some of the stuff that has happened on this show.  I wanted to go back re-watch the whole series before this season started, but didn't have the time.

Definitely re-watch the whole series at some point.

Prior to Battle of the bastards, Ramsay fed his infant brother and step mom to his dogs too, that was season 6

and Arya served up a human pie....

It was an oversight on my part.

You mean like how they killed Robb’s pregnant wife by brutally stabbing her in the stomach?

I somehow forgot about the Red Wedding.  I guess I've just been thinking about events that have happened more recently.

You don't think it'll be fitting that a pregnant person dies? Wtf? Talisa Stark?

Ohhh, I forgot about that.  Nevermind.

I still think Arya has to be the favorite to kill Cersei.

I would bet everything that Jaime kills Cersei. It's been set up from the very beginning. He'll die in the process.

I don't think she dies.  I'm not sure how the show kills a pregnant woman.  Seems a bit much.

If it turns out she isn't pregnant, I could see it.  Jaime or Arya.

If she is, I think she either wins and stays in power or they remove her and send her back home disgraced, which I think she would hate more than death.

I agree with the bolded. I have found it frustrating how easy it appears to kill the dragons, so it would be cool if it didn't die.

Yeah, I think it might just be that the dragons are cool and I want to see them around more, but the whole way that scene played out almost seemed too easy.  Cersei also did the classic "did you see it die?" and Euron was like "yeah it feel into the sea".

I was saying it last night and my wife thought I was crazy, so I don't know.

Ha, I'm in same boat with you. I am not mad, I'm resigned to the fate of the show and that they needed to end it because these actors and production folks need to move on and its an intense show to work on, but this was back to season 7 super sped up just get people to their plot points (after the first 30 minutes at least).

When a lot of shows end, I feel like it is time or way past it's time to end, but I have to admit that Game of Thrones seems to be ending too soon.  I feel like it needed another year or two.

He does. I agree, I think killing his sister and their unborn child seems like a big ask of him at this point.

It's kind of funny that most people seemed to dislike like last week's episode but liked this one and I'm the opposite. Whereas a lot of battle strategy/convenient plot armor points were no a big deal to me in the first episode, some of the stuff this week was just beyond stupid. Euron being able to hit the dragon, not once, but like three times, while on a ship bobbing up and down in the water? Dany not seeing Euron's fleet despite being hundreds/thousands of feet in the air? Dany really thinking she and her 45 person army can take King's Landing? Dany continuing to think her one dragon can take on all of those crossbows (which again, apparently have heat seekers on them)?

I like Sansa playing the Littlefinger role and telling Tyrion about Jon to get Dany out of the way. I like Arya and the Hound leaving together. Everything else? Meh. We're two episodes away and Bran is still the most useless character in the show. Is he really not going to play a significant part of the end of the story? His role was to worg into some birds during the Battle of Winterfell and act as bait for the NK and now he can just spend his days in Winterfell? Sam has no further role? He confirmed what Bran already knew, told Jon, kept himself from being killed and now he's just going to be a dad?

Ugh, and the whole main end here - Dany v. Jon. So fucking stupid. Absolutely none of that is earned at this point.

Yeah, I think some characters were more central to the white walker plot.  Same with Sam and the wildlings, their job is done.  Not saying that some may play a role going forward, but it wouldn't surprise me if some of those stories have ended.

I think this last battle is between those heading to King's Landing.

It may be nothing, but in the trailer for next week, the last scene shows Euron on his ship waiting for a dragon.  You hear a dragon sound and Euron is looking up and seems surprised or shocked by something.  He was waiting for a dragon, so I doubt a dragon showing up would shock him, but if it was TWO dragons it might.

So that is my crazy prediction for next week, that the other dragon didn't die.

  9. I didn't get the vibe that Jaime was going to kill his sister.  I think he is going to try and talk her into giving up the throne.

I think it will fail and she will kill him.  Does he know that she is pregnant with his child?  If so, I really don't see him killing her.

Besides the London Eye, Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, etc (the obvious) anything that I just have to do in London and Paris?

If you are really into historical places, Westminster Abbey church in London was really cool.

I also did a Jack the Ripper tour when I was there and it was a cool thing to do at night.

I would be shocked if they were 10-6 in that division. I also wouldn't be so quick to call things upgraded, they added some players but i'm really not sure I believe in that coaching staff as developers. WR is better and RB is...maybe better? It depends whether their OL/DL picks/upgrades are actually good.

They added Mike Glennon this offseason, that has to be worth 5-6 wins alone.

Could someone fucking explain to me why all fantasy and ancient Greek and Roman movies are done with Brits as actors? At least Harry Potter made sense because the story actually took place in Britain.

There is some stupid ass rule in Hollywood that fantasy or ancient Greek/Romans=British accents

    I find this amusing

This happens alot in historical movies.  They do it alot in anything about Egypt.

Although I don't think Game of Thrones is the best example as it takes places on another planet or alternate universe.

  13. She has had a few times, like with the Tarly's where she flashes some ruthless attitude, but there are way more times when she shows kindness and sympathy.

I think it would be a surprise if she goes off the deep end in the next 3 episodes.

  14. Arya is one of my favorite characters in tv/movie.  She just gets the job done.  It will be interesting to see what role she plays in the final three episodes.

Also, her revenge on Walder Frey and his whole family is one of the best revenge stories ever told.

I think Gruden has already moved on from Carr.  They didn't seem too fond of each other last season

Yeah, I think Carr has to have a huge year.  This is probably going to be a huge QB class coming up, so if the Raiders want to move on it, this might be the year.

  16. I really have no idea where they are going for the next phase.  I would guess another Black Panther, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man and Guardians movie.  It will be interesting if those movies are more stand alone or they will be building to something.

Endgame really did feel like the end.  Marvel has done a really good job with these movies, it will be interesting to see how much changes

I don't hate the Raiders draft, but it felt a lot like the sashi browns drafts to me. I think they should have traded current draft capital for more future draft capital.

Maybe, but I think having those two first round picks next year leaves them with enough draft capital for next year.  They could move those two first round picks next year and trade up for a QB if things go badly with Carr.

  18. All in all I was pretty happy with the Packers draft.  Filled a lot of needs and didn't feel like they reached.

I think the Raiders had a very normal and good draft so I congratulate them on not doing anything crazy.   I was kinda hoping they drafted DK Metcalf.  Feel like he was born to be drafted by the Raiders.

Yea?  Is there an article like that about that packers on that site?

Have they ever written an article criticizing the Packers is what your asking?  I'm sure they have.

I know they definitively like to tweet about the Packers, I'd put some here, but they deleted a lot of the one's where they were calling Aaron Rodgers a girls name or saying he was a girl or something.  Not to mention a ton of tweets about who he is dating.

I don't mind any of this stuff.  It's just fan blog sites giving each others teams a hard time.  I just think it's funny when one fan base thinks that their side is immune from it.
