Ohtani won't get more than 5 innings, I don't know what his pitch limit is but he's on one. Work a longer inning and he'll be out after 4. The 2nd inning of 11 pitches did not help

The question now is is it a couple days or a couple weeks.

All things considered 2 runs is pretty good for that mess, the weaker bats in the lineup at the back helped. If he gets in trouble to start next inning, 2-3-4 come up, so he's got to find a groove batter 1 of next inning. 30 pitches isn't particularly good.
