Another thing I found amusing was this little exchange after the McCain speech. Carl Rove : "Hey look, it's David Gregory from NBC!" (points at David Gregory). Crowd: "BOOOOOOO"

Anyone else think the 'code pink' protesters who tried to derail the McCain speech were hilarious? I mean they had some guy running around with a pink dress yelling. haha wonder which media outlet gave them press passes....

The GOP convention turned out to be very successful. From what I can tell, this was the most widely viewed convention in US History. McCain gave a great speech, I think it really helped him out.
