  1. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Dec 15, 2012 -> 02:46 PM) holmes/Batman shootings. ...and yet another senseless massacre that could have been stopped with a left wing loon tracking system. The solution is so simple but it hasn't been enacted yet.
  2. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 07:19 PM) Stolen from the Daily Dish: he has a point. we have "no fly" lists for people that match a terrorist profile. we need to have a similar program to combat these left wing extremists that keep going on these mass shootings.
  3. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 15, 2012 -> 02:46 PM) Nor does it make any damn sense. It makes perfect sense. Keep in mind the vast majority of these mass killing shooters are left wing loons. The guy killing these kids was a devout Jon Stewart worshipper and loyal democrat. Remember, many Democrats are fearful cowards and only attack the weak. The left wing loon shot himself in the head because it might be less painful than being shot by the police in multiple areas.
  4. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Dec 15, 2012 -> 03:19 AM) So I own a gun in Chicago to protect my family from others that clearly have guns, am I wrong? nope
  5. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 03:57 PM) The NRA and Wayne Lapierre should be mocked and derided. Not all gun owners or even regular NRA members. i see your tolerance towards mocking the stupid is increasing. earlier it made you rage.
  6. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 03:18 PM) Thats a pretty good point. I can easily manufacture alcohol or drugs on my own, making a functioning firearm? Not a chance. if guns were illegal, making high quality illegal guns would be very profitable, so i would expect a lot of craftsmen to start making them.
  7. QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 03:09 PM) Clearly just pointing out the difference in weapon effectiveness rather than endorsing Chinese government... true. but removing all the 'effective' weapons in the US would require some drastic government action. if that happened maybe murders would need to resort to using inefficient stabbings.
  8. QUOTE (WHarris1 @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:30 PM) Yeah, I believe 0 deaths actually yea well, an authoritarian government will fix a lot of problems. every Chicago gang member would be executed if they were in China. so no more gang violence but it causes a ton of other problems to say the least.
  9. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:44 PM) At least we agree there. i'll delete the post.
  10. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:38 PM) Maybe just telling him it's not the place or time for that would have worked? that clearly would have been a better response. so i agree with you there.
  11. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:38 PM) Whatever. Your first post was a disgusting joke. Reddy's was a gut reaction, your's was to instigate. bulls***. his was a sad attempt to politically exploit a tragedy and I called HIM out on it.
  12. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:32 PM) Right. You brought the left/right into this. wrong QUOTE (Reddy @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 12:15 PM) i'm so goddamned sick of this. and i'm sick of the people who defend it. personal freedom is bulls*** and it's what got a bunch of KIDS killed today. then the political thread pops up
  13. QUOTE (knightni @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:22 PM) They gave people cash for their cars. How about guns? they do that all the time in Chicago
  14. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:15 PM) Can we require a national gun registry, a license, mandatory training and personal liability insurance for guns? how would any of that would stop a guy from going on killing spree then shooting himself?
  15. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:09 PM) Your f***ing first, completely sickening, disgusting, you should be embarrased, reaction, was to make a joke. wrong. so you want to stop trying to exploit this with your 2nd amendment political rants?
  16. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:07 PM) The difference is some people don't think it's a f***ing joke and you do. the situation isn't a joke, i'm blasting you idiots for making this into some political argument. you just can' t pass it up though.
  17. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:05 PM) But you're wrong and they're right! Can't you see the difference? oh yea, i forgot about that.
  18. QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 02:02 PM) usually I'm on-board with your trollery but honestly, knock it the f*** off why? you guys are here pulling out all the bulls*** as usual. see how s***ty it looks now? wanna cut it out?
  19. i think the shooters links to radical left wing extremism has a lot to do with the shootings. clearly the shootings were inspired by his political beliefs. this is why the Democrats need to tone down the rhetoric and act responsibly.
  20. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 01:42 PM) This statement is patently false. You can legally own a gun in Chicago. that's kinda new though
  21. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 01:39 PM) They still have guns interesting Japan guns are legal, low killing rate Chicago guns are illegal, murder capital of the world
  22. QUOTE (IowanSoxFan @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 01:27 PM) I found a YouTube video of him discussing politics. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XyJowcdlGlo appears he was a Jon Stewart fan.
  23. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 12:55 PM) But would it be easy for him to locate a semi-automatic rifle and a bulletproof vest? wherever he get's his illegal gun will probably have that stuff too. if guns are banned, the black market demand would be huge. think alcohol prohibition big. the bullet proof vest seems to be a non-issue in this case.
  24. an asshole that shoots kids in a school is also an asshole who would also obtain a gun, even if they were illegal. but don't let that get in the way of using kids getting killed for political exploitation.
  25. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Dec 14, 2012 -> 12:29 PM) Thats what I dont get, what was your point in shooting kids? Bullied? Lonely? Whatever. Those kids did NOTHING to you. reports are saying the guys' kid went to the school. probably some issue he had with the administrators or other parents.
