Does being used on an inconsistent basis effect your mechanics? Maybe. Cause everytime you hear bmac talk about his pitching he points out his mechanics are flawed.

I love it. The guy manages the Sox to the world series and people question his judgment on how to handle his clubhouse. The defending champion Chicago White Sox just got a wake up call from their manager. I hope they answer it.
