  1. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jun 26, 2011 -> 11:33 AM) If my math is correct, Dunn is on pace for a .187 BA, 14 HRs, 64 RBI and 214 Ks. Epic.
  2. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 06:14 PM) I went to a game against Seattle a few weeks ago, and as soon as Dunn got two strikes, people were starting to boo him. He has no one to blame but himself. I totally understand the fans' frustration and anger but I just don't agree with booing "our own".
  3. QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 05:47 PM) BTW, it's not that fans boo Dunn anymore, it's that after the boo'ing, the fans talk to each other and just blast him. He needs more off days, especially vs LHP's. I haven't been to a game at the Cell this year, obviously since I'm about 1735 miles away. but I've noticed lately when Dunn is at bat there is a lot of head shaking and scoffing in the crowd. That's fine but I seriously feel bad for the guy getting booed. Being a Hardcore White Sox fan I just don't like to see anybody on the Sox booed at home. Ever. He's been a gigantic disappointment, but we have to accept that and wait and hope for him to come around. That's just the way I feel. I understand that not every Sox fan is going to feel the same way.
  4. Nice being on the right side of a shutout!
  5. QUOTE (Frankensteiner @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 04:06 PM) Well, that was easy. Peavy is player of the game but close second is Bruney. Good job for him to hold them to nothing after struggling last night. I couldn't watch the game (Thank You Fox!) but seems like an outstanding day for the pitching staff. Well done!! Could have been disastrous.
  6. Safe to say that Sergio has got his mojo workin'?
  7. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 04:00 PM) Join me in sending a complaint email to fox. It can't hurt. I will.
  8. QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 04:00 PM) Santos in btw. Mow 'em down, Sergio!!! 1-2-3
  9. QUOTE (Heads22 @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 03:42 PM) Soooooo our game is finally on Fox if you were subjected to the Indians game. I get to watch the f***ing Mets. Sure would like to have seen the White Sox game.
  10. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 07:26 AM) This thread title is sadly swear-free Doesn't f***in' mean the motherf***ing thread itself has to be f***in' swear-free.
  11. QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jun 25, 2011 -> 02:04 AM) Based on today, things are going to work out as they always do. Time is an odd thing. Time has come today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=niDmkXnWdVA Happy Birthday!!!
  12. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jun 24, 2011 -> 07:14 PM) Hawk, Juan Pierre has been due for a line drive since 2004.
  13. QUOTE (chiguy79 @ Jun 24, 2011 -> 07:13 PM) let get em in...someone needs to be the hero Pierre?????
  14. D'ya think Konerko could steal on AJ? I think he could certainly swipe a few.
  15. QUOTE (Chisoxrd5 @ Jun 24, 2011 -> 06:32 PM) The one thing White Sox baseball gives me is a flash back to little league baseball. Whenever a runner gets on base you immediately steal second. Ssssshhh. What if there's a manager or 2 out there that don't know this?
