See. MB always f***s up the first inning. he went thru the second in 8 pitches. Foppert is one of SF's good young pitchers... this might be a long game for us.

Yeap. Cooper seems to be able to straighten out whoever is struggling... its good to see. Whenever nardi "helped" a pitcher they lost 5-15 mph off thier fastball. Or they tore a labrum.

In that case shouldnt we only draft strikeout pitchers... Our D leaves a lot to be desired. But K's are by no means the end all for a pitcher... I would hoiwever like you all to take a look at jon garlands game logs this year.. Check out his BB:K ratios for each start and how he preforms.... then tell me K's are uinimportant
