Oye geezus.. what's with the hostility for wishing we were where we should have been? I wish we were 20 over and 10 ahead, too. With the addition of Koch and Colon we were all sure we'd be kicking ass this year.. and if you say you weren't, you're FOS. I thought for sure our 3 would all have 15 wins and ERA's in the 2's at this point... didn't you? So I'm a bit peeved. Will I get over is.. sure. Been doing so for a long time now. But it doesn't stop me from being frustrated about it.

Oh Mike... you are so cute. Nothing to offer, so you hide your lack of knowledge, about anything, trying to insult people. I don't care what you think of me or what I know - although I find it flattering that you just MUST post to and about me whenever given the chance - because I know what I know. And that's all that matters. More self esteem and you wouldn't have to try to tear others down so much. And a life and you wouldn't have to take the mindset of depending on a woman for food. no thats not it.... i just stated i wasnt in the mood for a race......i wanted a nice clean lead.....f*** the race s***.. it doesnt excite me it only gives my ulcer more problems when it comes to this team......we were promised everything done to put a winning team on the field an this team just woke up in the second half... wtf.. had they been awake for the first half we would have a nice cushey lead by now and i wouldnt have to live on zantac hourly......... I should have had a kid by now but I don't. That's life and you deal with what you are dealt. No. Do I raise the issue in other threads? No. I confined it to one place, my celebration of PK's heating up. There are those who post their things - such as attacks on PK - in every conceivable thread. I limited mine to clearly labeled threads and no where else. He gets trashed in every thread it seems, I stick to clearly labeled threads and do not post any PK comments in other threads, and I get slammed. If I came across as being in anyone's face, I apologise for that was not my intent. More than that, I shall not say because it seems rules differ here depending on who is who. We NEVER should have been in this hole. yeah thats what i figured anyhow... i was told at soxfest that "we" would do everything in our power to win it all... well s***... so far all theyve done, everything in thier power to just keep afloat.... if "we" werent sure "we" could deliver that promise in the first place.. then "we" should have kept our mouths shut and just let it ride...i for one will not let them foreget what they promised me......and right now were teatering on the edge of doom........ How can you say they aren't living up to what they said at Soxfest. They have gone out and gotten Carl Everett, Robbie Alomar, and Scott Sullivan. Who has done more to try to win? Plus they have made a bunch of little pick ups with an eye on the future with guys like Pantiagua, and Mike Riviera. Management can't help how the team played in the first half. The field manager and coaches are supposed to be responsilbe for that, but they have done what they could in the second half to get key players without giving up the big prospects.
