  1. Its not the managers fault. The players are playing! The players have underachieved!
  2. I say he should stay. I really have nothing against him!

    Frank Thomas

Loazia has always been a team guy!
  4. Everytime I see them get a pic of him roaming the dugout, he looks stoned as a mothertrucker! No wonder he can't manage, hes always high! Anyways, I like Manuel, he can make some good and bad decisions. But hey, he benched Paulie and Aaron while they were slumping. I say we should keep him. It will pay off. I think!

Because it looked like Frank was gonna step on Brent Mayne and squash Miguel Asencio. They cant afford any suspension right now. The Sox stick together, and I am happy they stuck up for Big Frank!
  6. The last game of the series and the pitchers are: White Sox: Esteban Loazia- 2-0, 1.23 ERA Royals: Chris George- 2-0, 2.25 ERA Loazia is 2-3 7.98 ERA lifetime against the rival Royals and George is 0-2 with a lifetime 10.80 ERA against the Pale Hose. Weather: The brief run of early summer weather has apparently come to a momentary close. Thursday's forecast is for 48 degrees and rain. Aaron Rowand was out of the starting lineup for the past three games, giving way to the hot hitting left-handed bat of Armando Rios. Rowand is the better defensive center fielder, but he needs to improve his .188 batting average with one RBI to stay as a regular in the lineup. Magglio Ordonez extended his hitting to 12 games with a RBI double in the fourth inning. It was the first hit off of Royals starter Runelvys Hernandez. The White Sox entered Wednesday's game hitting .220 with a 6.38 earned run average in four games against the Royals. They had been outscored 28-15. Michael Tucker stole the first base this season against White Sox catcher Miguel Olivo. But, Tucker stole the base more on starting pitcher Jon Garland, who allowed Tucker to get half way to second before throwing the pitch. Frank Thomas has now reached base in all 14 games, walking in the fourth inning. Brian Daubach is hitless in last 11 at-bats. 7. Tou tell that b****, eh, you tell em! HAHA!
  8. He should buy the Bulls from Jerry Reinsdork!
  9. This is my review of the starting lineup and rotation. It consists of my short review and their stats: Lineup: D'Angelo Jimenez: Has been extravagent. Gets on base, drives in runs, plays small ball. Has been hitting lights out. Makes everything look effortless. Defense has been better than expected. Stats: .302 AVG, 2 HR, 6 RBI, 32 Total Bases, .403 OBP Jose Valentin: Has shored up his defense and is hitting well. He has been able to play small ball with sac flies and bunts. Hitting with power as of late. Stats: .298 AVG, 4 HR, 9 RBI, 31 Total Bases, .400 OBP Frank Thomas: Has been on base in every single game this season. Has stepped up and driven in key runs. Swing is developing very well. Stats: .220 AVG, 2 HR, 6 RBI, 16 Total Bases, .433 OBP Magglio Ordonez: Has struggled lately. Is swinging too hard. Pops up a lot. Has been getting on base via walks and leads the Sox in steals. (3) Stats: .296 AVG, 2 HR, 11 RBI, 25 Total Bases, .344 OBP Paul Konerko: Still hasnt gotten out of the early season slump. Has been benched a couple times. Defense is good and when he is in the lineup, he has the ability to get on base because he can wok the count in his favor. Stats: .174 AVG, 1 HR, 4 RBI, 12 Total Bases, .264 OBP Carlos Lee: What can I say! He is not that great! Stats: .174 AVG, 0 HR, 2 RBI, 8 Total Bases, .255 OBP Joe Crede: Has hit the ball well. Defense as expected, great. Gets on base and gets RBI's in the times of need. Keeps good innings going. Stats: .320 AVG, 1 HR, 7 RBI, 22 Total Bases, .340 OBP Aaron Rowand: Has not hit the ball well at all. Has been benched for Rios' hot bat. Defense is great but needs to work on getting out of the slump. Stats: .188 AVG, 0 HR, 1 RBI, 8 Total Bases, .212 OBP Sandy Alomar Jr: Could be the hottest guy on the Sox right now. Has only played when Buehrle and Colon pitch but he takes advantage. He has been on a tear. Stats: .400 AVG, 1 HR, 6 RBI, 17 Total Bases, .423 OBP Rotation: Mark Buehrle: Has been the tough luck pitcher. Gets taken out in the 8th with a lead and the bullpen blows it, giving him a ND. Has pitched well and his stuff is on. Stats: 2-1, 1.57 ERA, 28.2 IP, 12 K's, 8 BB Bartolo Colon: Has pitched spectacular but gets virtually no run support. Got his 1st Sox victory against Detroit. Stats: 1-0, 3.32 ERA, 19.0 IP, 17 K's, 8 BB Jon Garland: The real tough luck pitcher. Pitches badly in the 1st and 2nd innings and then settles down without the lead. Pitched well versus KC last night, but got a ND, because Marte gave up a HR. Stats: 0-1, 5.82 ERA, 17.0 IP, 9 K's, 7 BB Esteban Loazia: Both starts have been vs. Detroit but he pitched awesome in both. Faces KC tonight, a real challenge. Stats: 2-1, 1.23 ERA, 14.2 IP, 8 K's, 3 BB Josh Stewart: Has had 2 starts. 1st was great 2nd wasnt so good. Has been up and down. We'll see how he does in his next ML start. Stats: 0-1, 4.91 ERA, 11.0 IP, 7 K's, 4 BB
  10. Basically, if your not getting on base, you cant steal!
  11. Yes, It was heads up by Tony g. But, the small ball is getting better for us. C-Lee really never had potential to steal 15 cuz he rarely ever gets on base, how is he gonna steal a base! The top of the order is not getting steals because they are hitting, doubles, triples, and homers. You cant steal if they are run producing like that! DJ and Jose are doing fine in my book!
  12. Oxnard, CA to Chicago, IL is quite a long ways to go for a non-playoff game. I have a valid excuse. And yes, I did confuse Serbia with Siberia. Funny how the brain fart frequency goes up after being up all night working. What's your excuse the rest of the time.. Good one!
  13. Maggs has 3 steals, Jimenez has 1. That is all the steals for the Sox this season. We have started to play small ball a little bit better. Olivo laid down a BEAUTIFUL bunt last night. Grimsley threw it away and the runners advanced. Tony G tagging on the play was great. He noticed that Tucker was not in position to throw and he tagged and qon it for us! this is gonna get us back on track. Keep it up guys!
  14. People complained that it was cold for Wednesday's game, and that's why nobody showed up....I said "It's not exactly Serbia" because 50 degrees is nothing. In Serbia, -50 is as common as 50. I'd bail on this one now if I were you. You are wrong on your insults to Chicago area fans. I would have stayed away last night, given everything. You may have missed what zach and steff posted about the Tuesday crowd being bad in the stands and wth the on-field incidents and knowing there would be a huge security clamp down with the weather turning way bad, who would go? Maybe you would. But you didn't. Why is your excuse better than anyone else? Shame on you. A loyal fan would have gotten to the park yesterday, right? Why didn't you? You are very wrong on what the weather was like in Chicago yesterday. And you may have forgotten that we have a poster from Serbia on the boards, and you have seemingly confused Serbia with Siberia. Thank you CWSox, because yes, there is a Serbian poster on the boards. ME!

    Frank Thomas

Frank has a bottle of fire in him, he just hasn't released it, YET!
  16. 1st of all, churros are great. 2nd, Crede has decent speed but Graffanino is faster and he is the 2nd smartest baserunner on the team. (Jose)
  17. Good, you meant Siberia. I was about to say, because in Serbia the weather is like Florida!
  18. People complained that it was cold for Wednesday's game, and that's why nobody showed up....I said "It's not exactly Serbia" because 50 degrees is nothing. In Serbia, -50 is as common as 50. Can you say that in laymens terms? (ENGLISH)
  19. Its Gordon's best performance of the season. He was great.
  20. What do you mean by "Not Exactly Serbia"?
  21. Mayne k's, 4th for Jonny. Middle of the 2nd!
  22. Relaford grounds out, 2 down
