He's never been UNHEALTHY. And he's won at least 12 games for 4 consecutive years and this year he shall extend that streak to 5 years. I'd say that's pretty consistent.

Right now he is at 68 Wins (which ranks 2nd among pitchers 26 and younger) and currently he is on pace to win 9 more games which would put him at 77 wins. Therefore he needs to only win 123 games to rich 200 victories. Is it possible?
