Too bad it took Weber this long to figure out that in order to win you have to have good players. Some are stubborn enough and arrogant enough that they think they can do it with players not nearly as talented as the big time recruits...laziness takes affect and it shows. Has Weber taken that route? I'm not exactly sure, but something clearly clicked in there.

I have a feeling he'll be splitting time between the 1 and 2 for that reason, but having a solid ball handler on the wing and a guy with that size is always a plus.
