  1. Lovie was fired after a 10-6 season and overall went 8-11 vs GB, I would throw puppies from a rooftop to have that record vs them, lol. Bring in Harbaugh.
  2. This is exactly what I'm trying to say, the coaching and the talent around Fields is like at least half of the problem. Love has wide open receivers and time in the pocket, he hasn't really been pressured and on top of that, their offensive schemes are just light years better than the Bears. No QB, I don't care if it's the second coming of Brady can succeed with the crap we keep putting our QBs in.
  3. I thought the same as Romo, Kmet had a ton of room to give Fields a better angle at the throw
  4. They were run plays, was he supposed to get out in front and block? ?
  5. On replay, every one of his sacks today either the defender got there so quick no QB in the league would've have done anything positive with that. I get what are Fields limitations but this isn't all on him. Maybe another coaching staff will put him in a better position to succeed but if we don't fix the obvious offensive issues, no QB will succeed here.
  6. There was absolutely no open receiver on his last sack, replay don't lie lol
  7. Fields may not be our future long term QB but I struggle to see what another QB would do on those 3rd down sacks Fields has taken, defenders immediately in his grill and no one open... Why can't we have an OC that can create wide open recievers like GB can?
  8. Exactly, if you think Fields all that is wrong with the offense, then I don't know what to tell you. Love with a stupid throw, lol...should've been a pick.
  9. Doesn't hurt that his O Line can get him time to look downfield.
  10. Lord have mercy, Fields maybe should've gotten rid of that ball quick but this O Line cannot stop a blitz to save it's life
  11. Lol, why would you do anything but just run the damn ball with a 20 point lead and 2 mins left SMH
  12. I'm on the sticking with Fields camp because he has shown improvement and I do believe he will eventually "get it". Bears better not eff it up if they let him go and draft another QB, not only are we setting the clock back on a team that is looking like it will compete sooner rather than later, but it would be classic Bears to let JF walk, watch him become a top 10 QB under competent coaching and draft a complete bust lol
  13. How? Bears were really never in danger of losing this one. Bears have certainly show a lot of improvement since beginning of the season, they're better than their record and if Pace drafts well, this team will compete sooner rather than later and I'm leaning on building a team around JF (and a new OC) instead of turning the clock back and starting over with a new QB. Having said that, I would love it if the Bears can get Harbaugh as the new HC.
  14. Bears as a whole definitely playing much better, that D was stout today and Justin made some big plays.
  15. This is probably one of if not the worst coaching staff in the NFL. JF played well all things considered but I agree with everyone here, change this coaching staff, fire Poles too and let's see what these players can do with actual coaches who know what they're doing. Having said that, I have zero faith in ownership actually making the right decisions going forward.
  16. Hopefully Fields closes the season out strong, gonna be interesting if he has some up and down games though. If the latter happens, then I think it's time to move on.
  17. Nope, if the Bears have a chance to draft an elite QB, you gotta take that chance. Sick and tired of the Bears never having a top QB. You can fill other roster spots through FA, top QBs are hardly ever available there.
  18. I like this version of JF better than the first 3 games
  19. If we can get Williams to come here and Lincoln Riley is the bait, sign me up for that.
  20. Fields overall played really well. That fumble that Denver took for the TD is kind of hard to pin on him, as soon as he turned around, there was a defender in his grill so I'm giving him a pass on that one. The INT was apparently a miscommunication, according to Kmet...and yes, Fields still holds on to the ball way to long, he needs to make decisions quicker. I pin this loss more on the HC than anyone else, his defense still can't stop anyone when it matters, and that going for it instead of kicking the FG was dumb and even dumber was the play call on 4th down.
